How much does a website cost?
I price each project to what it needs, so there’s no tier table. You get one flat number before we start, and it doesn’t move unless the scope does. The fastest way to get that number is the free consult call.
Why not just use a cheap template or Wix?
People can tell a template site when they see one, and they judge the business by it. Fair or not, that’s how it works. I hand-build sites that load fast and are structured so Google and AI search can read them.
How long does a project take?
Most marketing sites take 3–6 weeks from kickoff to launch. Bigger builds run longer, and so does anything waiting on content. I’ll give you a real timeline before we start.
What’s it like to work together?
You deal with me the whole way through. I send plain-English updates and working previews, and you always know what’s next.
Do you only work with Colorado businesses?
My focus is Colorado, from Fort Collins down through the Denver metro, and Front Range local SEO is what I know best. I take remote clients elsewhere too.
Will my site actually rank on Google?
Nobody can promise a ranking, and I won’t. What I do is build solid technical SEO and useful content into the site itself, plus a properly set up Google Business Profile, and point it all at the local searches that bring in customers.
Can you get my business to show up in AI answers like ChatGPT?
That’s my AI Search & GEO work, short for Generative Engine Optimization. No one can guarantee an AI mention. Content the engines can cite and strong entity signals raise the odds, so that’s what I build, and I report on where you’re showing up in ChatGPT, AI Overviews, Perplexity, and Gemini.
